Ahoy there! Talk Like a Pirate Day is fast approaching and I grabbed some amazing pirate emojis to create a no prep “Social Skills Drama Dice Game” for you!
Drama provides a unique way to target social skills. This game is particularly effective when targeting tone-of-voice, body language and vocal volume!
Simply, roll a dice three times and ask your student to read the line using the tone-of-voice, body language and vocal volume corresponding to the number on the dice! (You can also work on perpective-taking by discussing different situations in which the student might read the line in a particular tone-of-voice).
