There are so many components to language. To make it easier to explain, I’ve created a FREE handout!

Whenever I describe what a language assessment will look like to a parent or caregiver, I like to pull out Bloom & Lahey’s Taxonomy of Language (remember that from grad school?)

Language encompasses such a broad range of skills so I find it extremely helpful to break it down visually into language form, content and use.
